[Yukine, on the other hand, has only just started learning swordmanship from Yamato-san. So although he can look like he's confident, he's really not.
Especially once even his inexperienced eye sees how confident Yuuki is!
Well, he's not going to back down at any rate! It's just a spar.]

[The surprise shove takes him by surprise no surprise there and he reacts, well, more like a shinki and less like a fighter.
He takes one awkward step back to regain his balance, but at the movement of something coming at him from the corner of his eye, he instinctively sends a borderline flying at it. Which takes the end off the practice sword.

The blow would have landed, if the practice sword wasn't much shorter now.

Yukine looks down at it and quietly murmurs,]

Craaaap... Sorry, Yuuki.

That happened. She spends a moment just staring wide-eyed at the newly-shortened practice sword.]
