[And with that guess and probably with Goten still attached, Sharak takes a step up- onto thin air. Then she takes another, as if she's walking up an invisible staircase.]

Or maybe a sunflower.

I don't think vines can talk---plus I have hands!

[Goten does almost let go when she starts walking up into the air. It startles him briefly B=but he's quick to float up with her so to keep his hands in place over her eyes. But...it's a struggle because he really wants to see what she's doing! He leans this way and that, trying to look down and see.]

Are you making stairs out of air?

[She's walking. She's going up. There's nothing under her that he can see? In less she's just putting on a show of walking while she floats up. Regardless, he is still amazed]

If we're going by your hands, I think "monkey" is the closest I've come so far...

[None of the others had hands either?? We started with giraffe, Goten, really.]

[And she'll stop about three feet in the air because she's still getting the hang of this. Amazing!!]

[Animals made more sense then plants though! He thinks about all the things she's named already for a second. Not that he should have to but:]

Monkey would be the closest, yep! I donno how this game is suppose to go. I think you're suppose to guess my name or something but if you don't know me, you can't do that.

[In less she has some other super awesome power he doesn't know about. He'd be happy with that too!]

So you can just walk and stand on air? I can't do that!

[Wait. Does flying count as that? He could make it look like he was. HMMM]

I can start guessing names, but I don't think that will help much. The whole game seems rigged in your favour.

[But Sharak doesn't seem to mind too much. She leans her head back like she's trying to see Goten, but with her eyes still covered that doesn't help much.]

I think so. I'm still getting used to it.

So....does that mean I win?

[Maybe? Possibly? She already admitted its in his favor so...~ His arms are getting a little tired from staying where they are anyway.]

I've never ever seen anyone else able to do that! I know someone that can jump super high and soar through the sky, but not stand still in it!

If someone can do that and they have green hair, then they're a frog rather than a monkey.

[Just throwing that out there. It's relevant. Please just keep it in mind, Goten. Sharak shrugs and rolls her neck.]

[Jae-ha is....a frog? What? That would explain why he could jump so high!]

[That's all he needs to hear before he slowly pulls his hands back away from her eyes, he floats around from behind her and flashes a big grin]

I bet you'll win next time.

[Ah, just as she expected. An adorable monkey child. Sharak stares back rather blandly.]

Only if you tell me your name.

[He points a finger to himself still smiling just as big. It was a fun game. She gave the best guesses too! He gives a slight bow of his head without looking away.]

Goten! I'm Goten. What about you? What's your name?

[Sharak bows slightly back.]

Sharak Sanzo. It's nice to meet you, Goten.

Nice to meet you! [He blinks at the second name a bit. Everyone introduces themselves with more then just one name.]

Oh, um, I'm Son Goten but Goten is better! Is it okay if I call you Sharak or do I gotta say the whole thing?

[Some people have told him to do so. Others, like Shun, have told him to go by their second name. Then there are god names. So many names...]

Just Sharak is fine. [From a kid, at least.] We played a game together, so we're friends now, right?

[Good! That's not hard to remember or say. Sharak it is! He smiles more at that!]

[ His dark eyes seem to light up at the idea. Some people were easier to befriend then others. Sousuke had told him there was more to friendship then just calling one another friends after one meeting. But Sharak was offering...she was funny and seemed nice. Goten wanted to be friends with her already. So, why not? He waves his arms up and down in excitement as float around her.]

R-Right! YEAH! But we gotta play again though! Other stuff too!

[Sharak likes kids. She liked kids before she came here, and now she's the Mother Goddess she likes them even more.]

Sure. [Moves her head to follow him as he flies about.] Maybe you can help me get used to this floating business. You seem much better at it than me.

[Goten makes flying look as natural as walking.]

You're the first person I've met that can fly! I was starting to think I was the only one. I bet you'll get the hang of it in no time, it's easy. You just gotta push yourself up!

[After a few rounds around the priest, he finally stops in front of her. Fliping around so he grins at her while floating upside down effortlessly. It's a game.]

Have you tried anything else besides walking up?

I thought about that, but I can't seem to move unless I use my legs.

[Sharak looks thoughtfully at Goten for a moment before reaching out to put one hand on his head and one on his knee to rotate him the right way around.]

You just push, huh?

[Goten blinks at then. He glances to her hand on his head and before he can look to his knee, he flips around. There's really no resistance at all. Once again, he's right side up...but why?]

Yep! It's just something I feel. I donno how to explain it really. Have you tired jumping? I can catch you if you go to high!

[She just wants to spin him around like a pinwheel, to be honest.]

I don't think there's much worry of that. [But okay, she'll give it a try. Sharak bends her knees slightly and then jumps straight up! She's a manga character so she actually makes it to a decent height and then at the peek of her jump she "lands", for want of better word, on thin air.]

[Goten tilts his head back, to watch her jump straight up in awe. She jumps higher then he expected so there's a look of awe to his eyes before he shoots up after her. Seeing Sharak 'land' is the weird part. It's not floating. It's...standing. As if she's finding invisible steps that only she can locate.

Once Goten reaches her, he stops by near her feet, doing a circle and waving his hand by her feet curiously, Maybe there's just something he's not seeing?]

Whoa...I donno how do do that.

[Well, "decent" height... She's still no monkey. But yes, she's apparently "landed" on an invisible platform that can't be detected by anyone else. Sharak watches Goten wave his hands around thoughtfully. Could she extend this to someone else? That could be useful, and much more preferable to just carrying them.]

It seems different than your ability.

Yeah! You're not really flying. You're...standing on the air! Mmm....

[Which is kinda cooler, he keeps waving his hand around, moving to different spots that give him the same empty results. He can't figure it out. There's nothing there. He floats there, staring quizzically at her feet for a long while. It's only a mintue or so an idea pops into his head and he zips under her. Floating just under her, Goten tries to reach out and push up against the souls of her shoes, as if trying to lift her up off the magically invisible platform that just has to be there.]

[It's just as if he tried to lift up her feet on solid ground! Meaning she almost loses her balance before adjusting and just standing on his hands instead.]

... You're stronger than you look, kid.

[Holy shit.]

Huh? You're really light!

[He flashes a smile since he's really not struggling at all here, but Goten wasn't trying to lift her up for nothing. It's more out of curiosity for that invisible floor....which he's still not seeing or feeling.

Once he lifts her up a little ways, he glances around. Nope. Still nothing. He tilts his head to try and look around Sharak and back up at her.]

That standing on air thing....It's like you're doing magic!
