In fact the series of Yu-Gi-Oh are not related to each other so you can watch any of them without caring about what happened in the previous series xD Some are a bit related, like GX and 5D's are set in the same world, Zexal and Arc-V are in completely different worlds though. There are of course things that you'll notice only if you watched previous series but they're nothing plot related xD

So if you want to just see Yuto watch the first season of Arc-V that's about 50 first episodes, after that the plot gets weird and sadly, the series that started off great goes down orz
