-Through some magical shenanigans, they are now stuck under the mistletoe until they kiss. Maiming, destroying, or otherwise attempting to get rid of the mistletoe won't work - it'll just grow right back!
-Tag out to others to help them, laugh at them, laugh at them and then help them, etc. Player discretion as to whether any kiss will work, or whether it has to be on the lips. Whatever's the most fun for everyone!

[Not that Totsuka is suspicious of this, but...this also does seem like something he'd do. Then again, Izumo doesn't even look remotely bothered by this, simply eying the mistletoe above them with some interest.]

Ehhh? Why would you think that, Kusanagi-san?

[ Is it because it looks exactly like something he would do? Because it totally is. But, alas! It's not his doing. ]

Of course I didn't!

[Just a look, Totsuka. You know exactly why.

Izumo lowers his gaze from the plant hanging over their heads and down at the other man.]

I'm surprised. Then again, might not stop you want from hanging these up in your temple either when we get out of here.

[heartshutter]

[ Oh, he does -- it's just far more amusing to him to feign innocence. ]

Aah, I could... but wouldn't that be like cheating?

[ Smiling wanly, he shrugs somewhat. ]

If someone wants to kiss me, they should kiss me because they want to, not because a plant says they have to.

[toremainbehind]

[He chuckles.]

Then let's get out of here before we're forced to kiss other people, hm? [At least Izumo looks like he doesn't mind? Then again, he rarely minds anything unless it's just Totsuka up to his usual antics.]

[ He feigns a frown. ]

But what if someone does want to kiss me? If we leave now, I'll never know who!

[toremainbehind]

[Gentle bop on the head for that.]

I'm sure there are other ways of finding that out than under a mistletoe.

[heartshutter]

[ After a fleeting wince, he's back to smiling all the same. ]

Oh? Which ways would those be, Kusanagi-san?

[ Please, educate him. By all means. ]

Get creative, Totsuka. You'll find out.

[He is not educating you. Don't do this to him.]

[ Melodramatic siiiiigh. ]

You're no fun, Kusanagi-san. What if I wanted to learn from you?

[He smirks.]

I doubt you'd want to learn anything like that from me. [Who knows what he might end up teaching you.]

[ Tatara blinks. ]

I can think of a lot of things I'd like to learn from you!

...Like what?

[Wait. Are they having this talk under a mistletoe, of all things?]

[ A small shrug. ]

Recipes, mostly!

[ So innocent! ...Until he glances up. ]

But if you wanted to teach me something else, I won't say no...

Then I suppose this’ll be lesson one.

[So, swooping down to press his lips against Totsuka’s. Nothing special, just a simple kiss to see if that’ll satisfy the mistletoe into releasing them.]

[heartshutter]

[ There's only a small sound of surprise before Izumo leans in, and their lips meet. It's brief, of course -- too brief for it to really be any kind of viable lesson, but more than enough to leave Tatara speechless for a moment.

Then, there's a bit of a pout. ]

Your lessons move too fast, Kusanagi-san.

[toremainbehind]

[That gets a laugh out of him.]

Want a repeat of that lesson, Totsuka?

[heartshutter]

[ A quirk of his lips. ]

What if I say yes?

[toremainbehind]

Then I’ll have to question whether or not you have been wanting to kiss me.

[heartshutter]

[ Has he?

Well. That's for Tatara to know, and Izumo to question in his idle hours forevermore.

A serene smile. ]

Then 'no' works just as well, too.

[toremainbehind]

[He doesn't trust that smile.

But Totsuka also gets a light hair ruffle, a reminiscent from their time as teens.]
