-Post a toplevel with your character
-Through some magical shenanigans, they are now stuck under the mistletoe until they kiss. Maiming, destroying, or otherwise attempting to get rid of the mistletoe won't work - it'll just grow right back!
-Tag out to others to help them, laugh at them, laugh at them and then help them, etc. Player discretion as to whether any kiss will work, or whether it has to be on the lips. Whatever's the most fun for everyone!
-On that note, have fun!

[ Yeah, that was least romantic and... possible worst kiss ever. That's an achievement to make, no wonder the magical mistletoes shuns it ]

Wow, that was awful.

[ Caster doesn't even hide his professional opinion. ]

It's like you're suffering to just be here. [ Meanwhile, he's trying so much not to laugh. The idea of kissing to break the curse doesn't phase him in the slightest, he's just being shitty. ]

I've had to suffer several kisses so far. [Archer sounds almost apologetic.] But I'm sure you can do better than anyone else.

[That may be a compliment, who knows. Perhaps a challenge, but wouldn't that make the previous attempt awful on purpose.]

I'm not sure whether it's an admirable faith in your god speaking through you, or are you just challenging me.

[ He's doing absolutely nothing about helping their situation though. Sniping at each other is the right thing to do, right? ]

Perhaps a hope for less that ninety percent of teeth in the kiss.

[It's not like Archer's any better. Daily dose of snark not archieved yet, which means it's time for some more.]

At least you seem to have had some practice.

My bad, I wasn't trying to traumatize you for life.

[a thoughtful pause.] ...probably.

Ha, I could take that as an insult! [ Now that's a very good-natured threat ]

You're simply not enough to succeed in that. Keep dreaming, Archer.

Hmph. It simply means I have to up the stakes.

[Archer moves fast, and this time it's a proper kiss. It's obvious that he can kiss and has had more than enough practice.]

[ That's not as planned. The plan was to snipe at each other some more, and then surprise Archer by freeing them by the power of a Good Kiss. Keyword being "surprise".

He gets to be the one surprised though. Typical Archers, never playing fair.

But he's going to push back- kiss back, fiercely taking on that challenge. ]

[Neither of them plays by the rules, so it's not that much of a surprise.

Archer isn't much surprised by Caster's attack. It's a challenge, so he can't stay behind and soon the kiss grows more heated.]

[Suddenly there's a yip, something big and heavy pounces Archer's back while another one bumps Caster's ankles and stays there. Tag. Play with us, you hoomans.]

[ Stop with the cat-speak, you're not cats- have some dignity and act like hound should. Not that it does help, because before Caster even realizes he's falling down he hits the ground with a loud thuwmp ]

Ack-tch-- [ and then Archer falls on him. Great. Thanks, gravity. ] Damn, you're heavy.

[boneofsword]

[Archer manages to stay on all fours to not squish the squishy magedruid, but the fluffy disaster that lands on his back upsets his balance... and then starts barking.]

My apologies. [he manages to sit up. Both dogs see it as a perfect chance for some doggy kisses for their owners.]

[futhark]

[ DON'T SQUISHY-MAGE HIM!! ]

Well, at least it worked? [ No dogs, no kisses for ya. He puts the hand on the very eager muzzle, and gets his hand licked instead. ] Now you can get off me.

[boneofsword]

[Sorry, not-squishy Caster. Archer pushes one of the dogs away, ignoring the happy licks - eugh, he needs to wash his hands - and gets up, offering Caster a hand to help him up. He also casts a quick glance upwards to make sure they're out of mistletoe range.]

I hope it won't happen again.
